It was a great weekend of music and beer. The only downside was the mud.

Valefest Bolsover Music Festival 2023, Carr Vale FC, Bolsover - 28th April 2023
Due to the poor weather on the lead up to the festival we, along with a number of other Motorhomes, vans and caravans had to be towed onto the site. However, this was done within 5 minutes of getting stuck and Chris, the telehandler driver, was on top of his game and got us on to decent ground so we could then drive to where we wanted to be without any further issues. The bands and performers were excellent and kept us entertained throughout the three days. Bar staff were also top notch although I can only blame them for my hangover every morning! Bacon cobs were available for breakfast and they were gorgeous. Out first time to Valefest and we will definitely be booking for next year. My only hope is that it doesn't grow much larger than it is now, its perfect!

Valefest Bolsover Music Festival 2023, Carr Vale FC, Bolsover - 28th April 2023
First time to the event so did not know what to expect. The price of the tickets were very reasonable and it was so easy to get to and park at the event. The bands were excellent, My husband and I were with our 18 year old daughter and our favourite band altogether was Bag of Cans. Fantastic energy from the group very individual and the singing voices were fabulous. Thoroughly enjoyed them. Rest of the bands we saw were very good, unfortunately we had to leave after the very good Santiago Kings due to my daughter being called into work. Will definitely attend the next one. Loved the stalls and food, not overpriced like some venues. Thank you

First time at this festival. It was brilliant. So much great music I have no idea how they do it at the price 😊. Proper toilets and showers too, and right next to a nature reserve. Already in the diary for next year 👍
