Live at The Hall featuring Razorlight, Wollaton Park, Nottingham - 30th August 2024
Really enjoyed the evening, it was well organised and managed. Plenty of food outlets and a good bar and plenty of toilets. Weather was good and the bands were great. Hope they do more events like this.

The event was fantastic. 4 great bands. Pigeon Detectives and Feeder in particular were outstanding. Parking at the event was so easy. VIP area was better than I imagined it would be. Getting out at the end was a bit of a mare but that was to be expected at such a large gathering. All in all it was a great evening / experience.

Really great performances. Good price for tickets and drinks not too pricy. We were VIP and it was fantastic giving us close access to the stage.

Razorlight, one of the UK’s defining indie rock bands of the 2000s, gained widespread acclaim with their 2004 debut album, Up All Night, featuring hit singles like “Golden Touch” and “Rip It Up.” Fronted by Johnny Borrell, the band quickly followed up with their self-titled second album in 2006, which included the chart-topping hit “America.”
Known for their catchy hooks and dynamic performances, Razorlight became festival favourites, performing at Glastonbury, Reading, and Leeds, where their anthemic sound captivated massive crowds. The band’s energetic, guitar-driven style and relatable lyrics earned them a loyal following during the height of the UK’s indie rock resurgence. Despite lineup changes, Razorlight has continued to tour and release new music, maintaining their place in the indie music scene. Their impact on British rock endures, as their early songs remain iconic, capturing a distinct era in UK music.
