Absolutely amazing

Great night, 3 bands but Rebecca Downs was absolutely fabulous. Love the intimacy artists have at this venue. Been here before seen many good artists.

Brilliant Billy

First visit to the 100 Club and found this Iconic venue had a very intimate atmosphere. Not sure the Acoustics were particularly good though. Backing acts were adequate in generating a good atmosphere leading to the Billy Walton Band. This was their ‘party night’ at the end of their latest UK tour and the Audience treated to a superb performance..really appreciated by the, small but enthusiastic crowd. I would rate this the best of a number of the bands gigs I’ve been privileged to see over the past several years. The recent addition of Destiny on vocals and guitar has given the band a broader appeal and attraction and all band members gave outstanding performances.

Superb music from great musicians

The group played Peter Green’s music so beautifully with feeling and great guests.

Ash Wilson Band - a class act not to be missed

If you get a chance to see the Ash Wilson Band go for it. Talent oozes out in every performance. Ash’s debut album ‘Broken Machine’ is amazing and the band played several tracks from it. ‘Words of a woman’ and ‘The Hitcher’ are my favourites but the whole album is fabulous. First class performances from all the band. The Greg Coulson Band followed; man, that guy has talent and bags of energy. Finally The Connor Selby rounded the night off. Blues rock as it was ; and still is. A wonderful night of entertainment! Pity more people don’t catch live acts like this; they are too wrapped up watching TV. Great value for money and a great venue.

London 100 Club Tuesday Blues, 100 Club, London - 17th October 2017

The 100 Club is the legendary venue that has hosted the best in London music since it opened doors in 1942. Originally named Feldman Swing Club, it changed names in the sixties before becoming infamous for being synonymous with the birth of punk in the late seventies.

However, The 100 Club has always had a reputation for attracting the biggest names in blues and jazz well before the likes of Jonny Rotten and Joe Strummer and has seen infamous performances by Muddy Waters, Albert King and BB King.
London 100 Club Tuesday Blues tickets are on sale right now.

This year sees the 100 Club continue its trend for attracting the world’s best blues players.
