Love Foxlowe as a venue because of its intimate size. Staff are always friendly. Karine was incredible. My first time seeing her live. I loved the fact she took the time to explain why she had written the song and her champion of nature and community. Karine genuinely encouraged and included the audience in participating in joining in her sublime singing. It was the most amazing evening of poetical song. Thank you.

Karine Polwart, Foxlowe Arts Centre, Leek - 22nd May 2024
Karine together with Stephen and Inge performed a fantastic show with a creative flair which is rare. The sound was very good and I was glad of the seats provided as I know the at The Wedgewood Rooms it is often standing only. The staff were friendly and helpful but the premises appeared lacking and a bit run down. However, the evening was very enjoyable.
